| | | BIRMINGHAM are back on the road in the ROWE Motor Oil Premiership on Monday (August 18, 7.30pm) with a trip to reigning champions Belle Vue.
The Curtis Sport Brummies are once again missing Ben Barker through injury and have given Simon Lambert another guest booking at reserve whilst Rider Replacement operates for Jonas Jeppesen who is missing through the seven day illness rule.
The Perry Barr outfit only had one race winner in their 60-30 defeat in Manchester last month and team manager Chris Adams hopes his riders can fare better on this occasion.
“Belle Vue are a very strong team, especially at home,” Adams said.
“We didn’t do very well when we went up there last time so we hope we can put in a better performance this time around.
“But again we’ve got a patched up team so we know it’s going to be difficult, but the lads will give it their best.”
Anyone unable to attend the National Speedway Stadium can stream the action via bvtv.live
