The Birmingham SUPPORTERS CLUB Buffaloes got their 2025 first win with an 18-15 success over the WOLVES.
Their success was achieved with the help of two Birmingham DUCTAIR Bulls with their side missing several riders for different reasons . Will Boraston was out recovering from his arm injuries sustained in April , Max Broadhurst was unavailable whilst other squad members Hayden Watts (taking a break from racing) and Dylan Huthwaite (riding in Germany where he finished second in the meeting) were out.
Bulls skipper Bailey Fellows stepped in alongside Jack Crewe assisting their Perry Barr rivals they meet next week !
The Wolves also drafted in another Bull in Joe Crewe whilst Harley Driscoll-Freeman had a troubled night with bike problems and he missed all three of his rides.
For the Buffaloes skipper Eli Meadows was in top form securing a 9 point maximum to lead his side to a much needed victory.
Heat 2 saw only one finisher in Jack Crewe after two re-runs . Initially Harrison Rogers crashed out on the first bend and was excluded . In the re-run Bailey Fellows came down with Jack Crewe winded as he took evasive action. Then Harley Driscoll-Freeman’s bike failed to start leaving Jack Crewe to take an unopposed win.
For the Wolves skipper Ryan Ashcroft battled away losing out to rival captain Meadows twice whilst Joe Crewe ended his night with a fine win in heat 6.
The WOLVES gain the overll bonus point and that takes them back to the top of the table on 7 points . The BULLS get a chance to regain top spot in the next fixture on Monday June 23 when they meet the BUFFALOES.

In the 125cc support demos Oscar Berwick won all three outings in style . Charlie Fletcher hit bike problems and missed his last outing but notched two 2nd spots. Brother and sister duo AJ and Lily Bence made their speedway debuts and both went home with big smiles on their faces !
