BIRMINGHAM bounced back from a run of recent defeats to register an emphatic 55-36 victory at Mildenhall on Saturday evening.

The basement Fen Tigers had no answer to a rampant Brummies side who hit the front with a 5-1 in the opening race.

All the team scored well and were ably led by Craig Watson with a magnificent 15+2 haul. Kyle Legault continued to make good progress with his fitness scoring 12 and skipper Jason Lyons had three race wins in his 9-point tally.

Birmingham led by an incredible 31-11 scoreline after 7 races and although the home side did reply with a 5-1 in heat 8, there was never any doubt about the end result and the Brummies ran out comfortable winners.
